NICAS LEVEL 3 — TECHNICAL CLIMBER (Ages 13-17)
Now that Level 2 has made you a safe climber it is time to make you a better climber. This level concentrates on climbing technique and movement with some additional knowledge on equipment. You will need to spend a lot of time climbing to improve your technique and fitness. Bouldering is a key component of this level as it will help develop both strength and technique with repeated practice. You can learn to improve from the experience of other climbers and coaches, films and websites.
A NICAS Level 2 Certificate must be brought along to your first session to be able to participate in this course.
5 x 6 hour sessions – £300.00
